RMA Policy:
- All equipment returned for upgrade or repair to Peninsular Technologies, LLC (whether under warranty or not) must have a RMA number (Return Merchandise Authorization).
- To obtain a RMA number, fill out the request form below. Once approved, an RMA number will be emailed to the address provided.
- Clearly print the RMA number on the shipping label.
- Packages received without a RMA number may be refused, unopened and returned. Shipping charges are not refundable.
- Any product found to be damaged through misuse, abuse, or negligence, is not eligible for warranty repair and may be returned without repair.
Customer Shipping:
- The customer assumes responsibility for product until received by Peninsular Technologies LLC.
- Shipping via an insurable carrier is recommended.
- Any unauthorized shipping charges will be billed to the customer or shipment will be refused.
- If, upon receipt, the package is found to be damaged or tampered with, Peninsular Technologies, LLC. will immediately notify the customer and provide any documentation necessary to file a freight damage claim with the carrier involved.
Return Shipping:
- All equipment returned for upgrade or repair will be returned to the customer via FedEx Express Saver service. There is no charge for this return shipping if equipment is under warranty.
- If equipment is out of warranty, the customer is responsible for return shipping charges.
- Return shipping maybe expedited by providing a FedEx account number or prearranging payment for a faster service.
- If, upon customer receipt, the package is found to be damaged or tampered with, the customer must immediately notify Peninsular Technologies, LLC. within five (5) business days. Peninsular Technologies, LLC. will then file a freight damage claim with the carrier involved.
Loaner Equipment:
- Depending on availability, we may offer loaner equipment while warranty work is being processed.
- The customer is responsible for all shipping and loaning fees for equipment.
